Oshkosh Corporation acquires Spanish equipment manufacturer AUSA, adding telehandlers, rough terrain forklifts, and wheeled dumpers to its product line. AUSA's products serve industries including construction, material handling, agriculture, landscaping, and specialty equipment. The deal is expected to close within 90 days and will see AUSA integrated into Oshkosh's Access segment operations.
