Nordic Fibreboard AS Supervisory Board issues opinion on NFB Pärnu Holdings OÜ's voluntary takeover offer.

The Supervisory Board of Nordic Fibreboard AS has issued an opinion on a voluntary takeover offer by NFB Pärnu Holdings OÜ. Joakim Johan Helenius, Supervisory Board chairman, is a management board member and sole shareholder of the Offeror. The opinion is issued in accordance with Estonian Securities Market Act and "The Rules of Takeover Offers."
