Manhattan DA charges two New Yorkers and Rehana's Cosmetics for possessing over $1m in stolen retail goods.
Manhattan District Attorney charges two New Yorkers with possessing over $1 million in stolen goods, including merchandise from Macy's, CVS, Rite Aid, Duane Reade, and other retailers. Rehana's Cosmetics, a perfume and cosmetics store in Midtown Manhattan, is accused of reselling the stolen items. The charges come as retailers such as Target and Ulta increasingly cite theft as a growing problem at their stores.
