900 Lagos residents to be temporarily relocated from a below-water-level building in Adeniji Adele.
Lagos State Government plans to temporarily relocate 900 residents from a "distress building" in Adeniji Adele due to its below-water-level topography. Governor Sanwo-Olu has approved the relocation, demolition, and rebuilding of the housing units. The state government has also introduced an Electronic Physical Planning Permit Process System aiming to speed up building approvals to just ten minutes.
