Mumbai faces an 8-hour water cut on May 11 for some areas, including Colaba and Koliwada, due to repairs on a 1200 mm diameter water channel on Jeevan Bima Road. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) scheduled the repair for May 11, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, as a leak developed during the Metro 3 work on the same road. Water supply to the affected areas will be temporarily interrupted.
