Highlander Silver Corp. has completed a $9.2M private placement with the Lundins, Richard Warke, and Eric Sprott. Proceeds will fund finalizing the acquisition of the San Luis gold-silver project, surface geological work, drill target definition, and general corporate purposes. The acquisition's share purchase agreement with SSR Mining Inc. is expected to close in May 2024.
