High school students in Clark County denied to wear cultural & religious regalia at graduation despite state law, ACLU involved.

Parents and students claim that CCSD is not enforcing Assembly Bill 73, which allows students to wear traditional tribal regalia and recognized objects of religious significance. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is now involved, alleging that CCSD is violating the law.
