Grant PUD CEO Rich Wallen has announced his resignation, effective June 14. After two and a half years at the helm, Wallen will leave Grant PUD, where he has served for seven years, and join Chelan County PUD as its first-ever CEO. During his tenure at Grant PUD, Wallen steered the utility through significant shifts, improving efficiency and financial health, and placed a heightened emphasis on hydropower.
