Governor Tina Kotek announced the statewide expansion of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in Oregon, aiming to provide free monthly age-appropriate books to all children ages 0-5 in every county, improving childhood literacy rates and fostering a love of books. The program is supported by The Dollywood Foundation, launched by Dolly Parton in 1995 with a goal for every child under age five to enroll.
