10 die in Creeslough explosion, nephew ordered to leave uncle's home in legal dispute.
A nephew of a man killed in a Creeslough explosion in Co Donegal, Ireland has been ordered to leave the home of his late uncle by Judge John Aylmer. The late Hugh Kelly (59) was one of 10 people who died in the explosion at a petrol station on October 7, 2022. After Mr Kelly's death, a row broke out between his partner and nephew, Josie Kelly, over the deceased man's home and other lands at Bishop's Island, Castledoe, Creeslough. The case has been ongoing at Letterkenny Circuit Court.
