Apple's design team, led by Jony Ive, experiences a series of departures, including Duncan Kerr.

Apple's design team, led by Jony Ive, has experienced a significant exodus, with veteran designer Duncan Kerr announcing his departure. Kerr, who joined Apple in 1999, was instrumental in developing multiple generations of the iPhone, iPad, and Mac. His departure follows a series of other top designers, including Jody Akana, Joe Tan, Anthony Ashcroft, Andrea Williams, Jeremy Bataillou, and Eugene Whang, who have left the company since 2019. The team, which was once a closely knit group of 24 employees, is now nearly dissolved.
