Council of State member Sam Okudzeto has defended former Sanitation Minister Cecilia Dapaah, arguing that there is no law preventing people from keeping money at home and Dapaah does not have to explain the origin of the funds found in her house. Okudzeto criticized the lack of scrutiny towards individuals flaunting wealth through extravagant construction projects without proper accountability, stating that Ghanaians should not single out Dapaah without evidence.
