BBC's The Repair Shop presenter Jay Blades takes a break from filming due to his marriage split and the murder of his uncle, Richard Brathwaite. Blades' 18-month marriage to Lisa-Marie Zbozen ended, and his absence from filming is currently being kept private by the show's team. The Repair Shop will continue without Jay for the time being, with the filming of their Christmas special put on hold.
