Zimbabwe's Minister of Justice, Ziyambi Ziyambi, was ejected from the National Assembly by Speaker Jacob Mudenda in a dispute over who should present a motion for the "Land Tenure Security Law." Ziyambi wanted his deputy to present the motion, while Mudenda insisted Ziyambi do it himself. The incident took place in front of Namibian MPs and staff from the Parliamentary Budget Select Committee.
