24-year-old pedestrian, Lamont Caldwell Jr., was fatally struck by a Ford F-150 on I-80 near Wells Avenue exit on May 4th. The driver and four passengers in the car were unharmed and cooperating with authorities. The incident occurred when Caldwell Jr. was illegally crossing the highway. The Nevada State Police Northern Command West is continuing to investigate the crash.
