A 52-year-old Clermont man was killed and a 39-year-old Orlando man seriously injured in a crash on Schofield Road, Lake County, FL at 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The fatal collision involved a 2018 Nissan Maxima and a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Florida Highway Patrol is investigating, with a roadblock on Schofield Road, and recommends drivers avoid the area.
