Lauderdale County Sheriff's Deputy David Terry, a 26-year veteran who recently turned in his retirement paperwork, was identified as one of two people killed in a Florence crash. Deputy Terry most recently served as Director of Corrections and was set to retire in July. The other car involved in the crash also resulted in a fatality, and the cause of the accident remains under investigation.
