The company's gross bookings reached $37.65bn, falling short of expectations. Uber's shares dropped more than 7% in premarket trading following the report, with the company expecting Q2 gross bookings of $38.75bn-$40.25bn and adjusted EBITDA between $1.45bn-$1.53bn.
