Police busted a notorious gang of youths who allegedly kidnapped and raped young women in Rivers State after investigations revealed their modus operandi of engaging victims through phone chats, inviting them to a hotel, drugging them, and stealing their valuables. A 32-year-old suspect, identified as Louise Brutolu, was linked to the crime and arrested.
