A South African cruise ship worker was arrested in Alaska's capital, accused of stabbing a woman and two security guards with scissors on board the Norwegian Encore vessel. The man is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon within maritime and territorial jurisdiction and joined the ship in Seattle. The alleged incident occurred west of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, while sailing to Alaska.
