Pfizer has agreed to settle over 10,000 lawsuits accusing the company of hiding the cancer risks of its discontinued heartburn drug, Zantac. The agreements cover cases in state courts across the US but do not fully resolve Pfizer's exposure to Zantac claims. Financial details of the deals are not yet available. Pfizer's move follows similar settlements by Zantac manufacturers GSK Plc and Sanofi.
