NexGen Hotels has announced the acquisition of the historic Hotel Versey in Chicago, Illinois. The 137-room hotel, housed within the 1920s Diversey Arms building, will be managed by Genuine Hospitality Group of St. Louis, Missouri. Formerly known as the "Rock and Roll Days Inn," the boutique hotel is situated in a vibrant neighborhood near Lincoln Park, offering easy access to local restaurants, nightlife, shopping, museums, and universities.
