Nakhchivan hosts a conference titled "Effective functioning of legal institutions and protection of human rights under the blockade" in honor of Azerbaijan's National Leader Heydar Aliyev's 101st anniversary and the 100th anniversary of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The event is organized by Bar Associations of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan. Participants first visited the monument of Heydar Aliyev and the Heydar Aliyev Museum, followed by a conference at Nakhchivan Palace.
