2 men have been arrested for a road rage incident on Route 8 in Litchfield. State police responded to the highway after a caller reported a fight. Howard Vazquez, 48, and Jordan Millette, 25, were charged with various offenses, including assault and reckless driving, after allegedly throwing water at each other's cars before exiting their vehicles. Vazquez used pepper spray on Millette.
