Man dies from fall during off-course hike with brothers on Tryfan mountain in Snowdonia, North Wales.
A man died while hiking with his two brothers on Tryfan mountain in Snowdonia, North Wales. During their Bank Holiday descent, the brothers unintentionally veered too far west, leading to a fatal fall in the Y-Gully area. The mountain rescue team and coastguard helicopter were deployed, but the man did not survive. His brothers were roped to safety and met the Welsh Ambulance Service at the road.
