Llais Festival 2024, held in Cardiff, Wales, October 9-13, is part of the Cardiff Music City Festival. The festival lineup includes Cate Le Bon's UK album premiere, Somali icon Sahra Halgan, a cappella group Sweet Honey In The Rock, Joan As Police Woman, and a return of the Butetown Bay Jazz Heritage Festival celebrating its 15th anniversary. The event is supported by the Welsh Government and Cardiff Council.
