Ivanhoe Electric signs an Exploration Alliance with BHP subsidiary, focusing on six areas in the Southwest US. BHP will contribute $15M, and Ivanhoe Electric provides its Typhoon survey system & inversion software. The alliance will operate during the exploration phase, with any joint ventures owned 50/50. The goal is to accelerate the search for copper and other critical minerals in the US.
