Italian PM Giorgia Meloni visited Libya on May 7th, signing memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with Libyan authorities regarding education, healthcare, and sports. Meloni met with Libyan Prime Minister Abdul-Hamed Dbeibah in Tripoli, discussing aspects of cooperation in energy, economy, scientific research, healthcare, and other common issues. The two sides agreed to hold the Italian-Libyan Economic Forum in October in Tripoli.
