Dubai Duty Free CEO Colm McLoughlin retires in May 2024, succeeded by COO Ramesh Cidambi on June 1.

Dubai Duty Free CEO Colm McLoughlin, after 41 years with the company and 55 years in the travel retail industry, announces his retirement in May 2024. McLoughlin's successor as Managing Director will be current COO Ramesh Cidambi, effective June 1, 2024, while Salah Tahlak, current Joint COO, will become Deputy Managing Director. Under McLoughlin's leadership, Dubai Duty Free has grown from $20M in 1984 to $2.16B in 2023.
