Dr. Lonnie Burnett appointed as VP of Coastal Alabama Community College, effective June 1.
Dr. Lonnie Burnett, with 40+ years of education experience in southwest Alabama, has been appointed as the new Vice President of Coastal Alabama Community College, effective June 1. Previously, he served as the President of the University of Mobile since 2019. President Dr. Aaron Milner expressed confidence in Burnett's ability to contribute to the college's strategic objectives and ensure student success.
