Chicago's City Council advances an ordinance to limit loud noise from anti-abortion protesters outside a women's health clinic in West Loop. The proposal, sponsored by Ald. Bill Conway, seeks to prohibit noise-making devices like amplifiers, bullhorns, and percussion instruments outside the Family Planning Associates clinic. If passed, police will be able to issue tickets to individuals using such devices.
