26-year-old Jason A. Pettiecord from Richmond, MO died in a car crash on State Route T south of W 88th St on Monday. Pettiecord's 2000 Dodge Neon veered off the road, struck an embankment, and overturned. He was not wearing a seatbelt. This marks the 25th fatality in the region this year. The Ray County Sheriff's Department and Richmond Police Department assisted at the scene.
