55-year-old David Wayne Mize Sr. was arrested in Rockwell, North Carolina on May 3 for allegedly sexually assaulting a teen and contributing to the delinquency of his daughter. The Rowan County Sheriff's Office began investigating in October 2023 after receiving reports from the victim's parents, who identified Mize as the suspect. Mize was released on a $15,000 bond to await trial.
