A Chamblee police officer, Roy Collar, 48, was arrested on child pornography charges, including two counts of distribution of child sexual abuse material, based on a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) conducted the investigation with the cooperation of the Chamblee Police Department, resulting in Collar's arrest and suspension from duty.
