Mother and aunt arrested for assaulting 13-year-old in parking lot; 10 children also implicated in New London incident. The juvenile victim, aged 13, was assaulted by her aunt, Keosha Muriel, and a group of 10 other juveniles, with the victim's mother, Idinah Muriel, present during the incident. The assault took place on April 29 at 6:10 p.m. in the parking lot of an O'Reilly Auto Parts store.
