UK Power Network Services Holdings Limited acquires SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust Plc's UK onsite solar portfolio, UU Solar, for £90.8M, a 4.5% premium over its 30 Sept 2023 valuation. The acquisition includes 70 solar, wind, and hydro sites with a 68.7MW generation capacity, serving UK water company United Utilities. The deal strengthens SEEIT's balance sheet, supports investment objectives, and optimises portfolio construction.
