Steve Perry collaborates with The Effect on a new cover of Journey's "It Could Have Been You."
Journey fans can now listen to a new cover of the song "It Could Have Been You" featuring Steve Perry. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer has teamed up with the band The Effect, which includes Trevor Lukather (son of Toto's Steve Lukather), Nic Collins (son of Phil Collins), Steve Maggiora, and Emmett Sans. Perry has previously mentioned it as one of his favorite deep cuts from Journey's 1986 album Raised on Radio.
