Special Criminal Court upholds conspiracy charge against Dean Byrne in Aaron Brady's trial.

The Special Criminal Court has rejected arguments to dismiss the charge against Dean Byrne, a man accused of conspiring to pervert the course of justice during Aaron Brady's trial. The court found that the prosecution case could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Byrne conspired with Brady to persuade witness Daniel Cahill not to testify. Brady was convicted of murdering two police officers.
