Rydon Group, the company that installed the cladding system in Grenfell Tower, has reported a pre-tax loss of £9.1m in the year to 30 September 2023, up from a loss of £5.9m in 2022. The company has spent over £19m on remedial fire safety work across more than 500 flats, including its Packington Estates redevelopment in North London. The ongoing fire safety remediation work continues to affect Rydon's financial performance.
