Royal Caribbean Group plans to recruit 10,000+ workers globally in 2023 to meet the surge in cruise demand, and aims to hire over 10,000 more in 2024 as they add three new ships to their fleet. The company's sea-based workforce at the end of 2022 consisted of 88,700 employees, down 6% from the previous year. Their land-based workforce, including private destinations, had 9,500 full-time employees, up 17%.
