Organised Labour in Nigeria opposes the Federal Government's halt of N35,000 monthly wage payments, citing unpaid March and April awards.

Organised Labour in Nigeria says there's no moral justification for the Federal Government to stop the payment of N35,000 monthly wage awards to workers. ASCSN President Etim Okon, also VP of TUC, expressed concern over unpaid March and April wage awards. The MoU signed on Oct. 2, 2023, states that the payments would continue until the new national minimum wage is implemented.
