The OPEC Fund for International Development is providing technical assistance to the Philippines for right-of-way acquisition for major infrastructure projects. The OPEC Fund is also interested in co-financing the Asian Development Bank's Public Financial Management Reform Program, supporting the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028. The organization provides financial aid from OPEC member countries to non-member countries and aims to work with the private sector in supporting small- and medium-sized enterprises.
