North Dakota House Majority Leader Mike Lefor plans to review ethics regulations after a state lawmaker was found guilty of a conflict-of-interest misdemeanor. Rep. Jason Dockter, R-Bismarck, was convicted for voting on legislation he had a financial interest in. Lefor disagrees with the verdict and believes it's time to clarify North Dakota's ethics rules. House Minority Leader Zac Ista has called for Dockter's resignation.
