Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has instructed PoS companies to register their agents, merchants, and individuals within two months, in line with legal requirements and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines. This move aims to protect businesses, aligning with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 and is part of the government's commitment to boost the economy. Over 1.9 million PoS terminals are in use across the country.
