Nigerian rights group, Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP), is urging President Bola Tinubu to direct the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to withdraw the recently imposed 0.5% cybersecurity levy on Nigerians, stating it violates the country's constitution and international human rights obligations.
