Mondelēz International launches gluten-free Chips Ahoy!, catering to the growing gluten-free market.

Mondelēz International introduces its first gluten-free Chips Ahoy! cookie, following 40 recipe iterations and 3,000 hours of development. The $1bn+ brand aims to cater to the growing gluten-free market, while also updating the original recipe to offer higher cacao content and Madagascar vanilla extract. The gluten-free version will be a permanent addition to the product lineup.
