2 men in Clearwater, one wearing a security-like uniform, assaulted a teen after a near-collision with their SUV, stole his bike, and fled. Police released a video and seek public help to identify the suspects, described as a white man with salt-and-pepper hair & glasses and a bald man with full arm tattoos.
