Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) reported a 1.1% fall in its first-half distribution per unit (DPU) to 3.48 cents, while revenue rose 3.9% to $216 million. The rise in financials was attributed to positive rent adjustments, but offset by higher vacancies and increased operating expenses. FLCT's adjusted net property income for the period reached $158.7 million, inching up 1.8% year-on-year.
