Greater Manchester Police officer run over during domestic incident, suspect arrested for attempted murder.
A Greater Manchester Police officer was deliberately run over while responding to a domestic incident on Beech Road, Trafford. The officer suffered a broken ankle and was hospitalized. A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, and a 30-year-old was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. Two suspects remain in custody for questioning. GMP Trafford said the officer is "in and out of consciousness."
