Former Mississippi sheriff Terry Grassaree pleaded guilty to making false statements to FBI agents about requesting nude photos and videos from an inmate and providing her preferential treatment in jail. Grassaree, who served as Noxubee County sheriff until 2020, used Facebook to request the explicit content in 2019 and provided the inmate benefits such as contraband cell phones and tobacco.
